"I started seeing Gemma to help me with confidence in myself, confidence in things I do, and in talking to other people. Gemma has helped build my confidence. I am doing much more now. Gemma helps me cope with life differently. We talk about problems I'm currently going through and dissolve them. I would recommend Gemma to anyone struggling."

"Absolutely outstanding. Gemma has helped me change my thinking patterns to help create more positives outcomes in my life. Has been there out of session hours if I have needed her to help me rationalise the situation I am in. I can’t praise the positive experience I have been fortunate to have enough, I recommend her to all of my friends and anyone who says they need to talk to someone. It doesn’t feel like a “therapy session” it’s simply just chatting with a friend"

I look forward to each session and highly recommend Gemma if you are stuck in that rut looking for a way up and out."
